V-GARDEN represents an important initiative by the Group in support of the “goTOzero” environmental declaration and serves as an extension of our corporate social responsibility strategy for a low-carbon future.

Located to the east of the Beijing-Chengde Expressway, V-Garden covers an area of nearly 15,000 square meters. Leveraging the site’s existing ecosystem, we adopted thoughtful design and ecological enhancements to cultivate a low-maintenance, naturalistic green space:

· The design builds upon the site’s existing ecosystem, introducing a rich variety of native plants. V-Garden now features approximately 350 trees, 3,450 shrubs, and 2,500 square meters of flower-covered areas.

· This lush landscape enhances the area’s carbon sink capacity, absorbing an estimated 330 tons of carbon dioxide annually.

· The site significantly boosts the green space’s ecological functions by providing rich food sources (like nectar) and safe habitats for local wildlife, including birds and insects.

· To serve the community better, we upgraded key facilities like the entrance, walking trails, observation deck, and children’s play area. This transformation has made the V-Garden a truly welcoming hub for neighbors to gather, play, and unwind.

With these ecological and spatial enhancements, V-Garden is evolving into a vibrant community hub that seamlessly blends nature conservation, ecological education, and meaningful community connection.
